Hawaiian Temple Style Bodywork

Journey into the Sacred Self  

A transformational session which balances the body-mind in its physical, emotional and spiritual dimensions.  Our physical and spiritual natures are not separate, rather they dance together as one in a fully integrated human Being.  Your experience may incorporate:

Calling of the Heart (15 mins)
A dialogue into healing, through a guiding a journey into one's heart.

Sacred Foot Washing (15 mins)
Foot wash, energy cleansing, and reiki and vibrational toning.

Kahi Loa massage (30 mins)
Kahi Loa means "Permanent Oneness". It is a Hawaiian shamanic form of Lomi Lomi massage and healing which employs the mana (divine power) of Spirit in Fire, Water, Wind, Stone, Plants, Animals and Humans. Kahi Loa is a deep, gentle, loving communion with Nature and one's soul. It can be a truly sensuous journey of Hawaiian Magic!

Hawaiian "Temple Style" Lomi Lomi (1 hour)
This Temple-style Lomi Lomi is a rite-of-passage that was performed in ancient Hawaii to bridge heaven and earth energies in the body.  Lomi Lomi means "to remove what doesn't belong." It is an ancient rite-of-passage for integrating the physical and spiritual energy. This deep tissue Hawaiian massage can bring you home, as well as relieve many layers of stress and tension.

Creative Expression + dialogue (up to 1 hour)
Bridging the worlds and dimensions of Sacred Self.  An invitation to ground the experience in physical reality using creative expression, and reconnecting back with the calling of the heart.

This divine experience integrates the 5 universal elements required for transformation and works with the 5 dimensions of our being: physical, energy, mind, emotion & soul.  Each session is a unique creative blend of therapies to facilitate the healing and transformation on all levels of our being.  Weaving therapeutic methods and bodywork techniques to release physical tension, clear energy blockages, deepen mental awareness, release emotional blockages, and deepen connection with Self.

Hawaiian 'Temple Style' Lomi Lomi  

Your body is the temple of your sacred Spirit.  Hawaiian temple-style Lomi Lomi works with the heart.  Through gentle and loving hands you feel the sincerity of intention coming through to you, allowing you to come 'home' into a deeper aspect of your being.  We focus deeply on all the joints in the body, releasing toxins and expanding range of motion.  A powerful, cleansing, and healing journey which reconnects you with your Mana (life force energy).

1.5 or  2 hour sessions available

Polynesian Floor Bodywork

An invigorating, deep form of bodywork which releases energy blockages, expanding the range of movement in your body, releasing toxins and enhancing circulation.  A fully clothed form of massage which allows a rebalancing of the body's energy channels, release dis-ease and restore optimal functioning. An energising and grounding session.

Reiki / Kahuna - Energy Integration

In Hawaii, the Kahunas are people possessing great Mana life force energy or spiritual power, which can be used for miraculous deeds.  In Reiki, Universal (rei) Life-force Energy (ki) flows empower the body's natural ability to heal itself.  

During the session we invite in prayer or intention, meditation, deep breathing and universal energy to allow harmonious integration of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual Self.  Through gentle and loving hands you feel the sincerity of intention coming through to you, allowing you to come 'home' into a deeper aspect of your being.  A deep healing journey which reconnects you with your life force energy.
